About Me & Resume

Helen Eloyan

As a daughter of immigrants, I understand the importance a strong community has in our district. I am a passionate advocate for community collaboration in the public planning process and will continuously work to find solutions that fit our district. I am an environmental/land use planner and non-profit leader actively working towards our goals. I earned a B.S. in Environmental Science and Resource Management in 2017 and a Master of Public Policy and Administration in 2022. I have experience solving problems in many fields like housing, renewable energy, and resource management. My skills and work ethic are dedicated to this community so we can work together to enhance the quality of life for everyone in our district. 

I am focused on building more opportunities, whether it be affordable housing, vocational training, or better transit. I have deep respect for our district’s cultural diversity, creativity, and entrepreneurial spirit. My goal is to strengthen opportunities for residents while preserving our natural resources and respecting our community's character.

 My experience and work ethic allows me to prepare more creative opportunities while accomplishing our goals as a community.
